He is driven to use his expertise and ambition to connect people, organizations, and various art and cultural disciplines. In addition to optimally organizing and (overseeing) the execution of productions, his aim is also to strengthen organizations from within and to create opportunities for people to develop their talents. He has a strong affinity with leading and organizing both large-scale and smaller art and cultural events, working with artists, professionals, amateurs, talent (development), and (cultural) education.
