Coming up: a brand-new and exciting album with Portuguese vocalist Maria Mendes ( 4× GRAMMY® & Latin GRAMMY® nominee and EDISON® Jazz Award winner). This will be Jasper’s third album in their long-standing collaboration and profound friendship, which has now spanned more than a decade.
The music marks a bold new direction for Maria Mendes: a soulful, modern and creative fusion of deep pop and jazz grooves, enriched with rap and spoken word elements. The album is (co-)produced by the renowned pianist and composer Jason Lindner (David Bowie’s Blackstar).
